A Difference 04:02
Got a Fortune Cookie at dinner today But When I read it I found it had nothing to say Whats the world coming to anyway? These tiny bits of wisdom starting to decay Well this white strip of paper should be made out of clay Maybe then IT would have something to say Whats the world coming to anyway These tiny bits of wisdom starting to decay Did I even make a difference? Can I even make a difference? Does it even make a difference? We're starting to decay He got six months in jail for beating his kids But then he died alone for what someone else did Whats the World coming to anyway These tiny bits of wisdom starting to decay Protest your freedom for all they flaunt but get arrested in the streets for doing what you want Whats the world coming to anyway These tiny bits of wisdom starting to decay Did I even make a difference? Can I even make a difference? Does it even make a difference? We're starting to decay

Front Porch 04:45
Its a hazy summer afternoon and I'm just sitting here on my front porch Just wasting away All the time I don't have to spare Cars are rolling down my street People in their own worlds What I really wanna know is where do I fit in this mess I might be broke, But I'm not broken yet the sun is on my side today, and I'll be okay, yeah Its another hazy afternoon Me and all my friends are here today Just wasting away All the time we don't have to spare Well we might have drank a bit too much this afternoon As the sun says goodbye for now What I really wanna know If if she's coming back, and I hope its real soon I might be broke, But I'm not broken yet The sun is on my side today and I'll be okay, yeah

Rebirth 04:14
I am beginning again Will you share this story with me Cause you didn't have to go And you were never meant to be alone So gather here now Radio transmission starts now Cause the world you once knew Is now part of hell Cause you didn't have to go And you were never meant to be alone This is ground control Your takeoff has commenced Soaring above the fading stars Finding a new home remember, you didn't have to go And you were never meant to be alone You didn't have to go And you were never meant to be alone

No Excuses 03:27
alright So I know I've got some problems and you love to point them out But you don't seem to offer any real solutions And I know That I can easily make some better choices but you don't seem to give me a reason to make them Yeah I thought that you would help me find a way out But now there are no excuses for myself. Stop. and maybe we'll finally see the picture that we've been too busy to see the fine art of criticizing ourselves will finally make sense. Fine. I've said I'm moving on but i've only gotten worse 99 problems that I had are now just reversed. Yeah I thought that you would help me find a way out But now there are no excuses for myself.

Not the Same 05:40

about

An collection of songs written about a lot of things that happen in the life of a college student.

My premise behind this was to create a snapshot of these songs at this moment in time, produced entirely myself. Many of these songs will probably change and be performed or recorded in a completely different way in the future.

Each track from the album will be released once a week, keep checking for updates... the final tracklisting may never even occur if I keep recording and adding songs. Enjoy.
